I'm 10 minutes south of downtown - 10 minutes from the medical center - and 15 minutes from sugarland (where I grew up). It's a really nice masterplanned community. Houston has the #1 and #2 masterplanned communities in the US. This one is getting there.

For me entails me and my girlfriend picked our lot - picked out house + everything that goes in it. Now it's being built. When it's done - my 2002 will have a new garage and I'll have to start paying for it.

FYI - My girlfriend works as a waitress at a strip club. I know how good the money is in "the industry". She easily makes 4x what I do.
