I just ordered at White Velocity Deep V 650c ;) I love barspins! haha also just swapped my stock FSA RPM 48t Cranks/chainring for Sugino Messenger 44t cranks/chainring. I'm now running 44/17. I also picked up some cheap risers and some nice black Ourys. I'm a fuckin' trickster now, I know this. Sweet pic!

I has a question. My gf has been riding a lot with me lately and she's getting the whole "pain behind the knees" thing, and I was wondering if that meant her seat was too high or too low?

When the pedal is all the way down, you want a slight bend in your knees... It could honestly be either way, but my guess would be that the seat is too high and she's stretching her legs a bit much based on the fact that her pain is coming from behind the knees.

That's what I was thinking as well. I just remember seeing somewhere in this thread that someone posted for sure as to whether it was one way or the other. I guess we'll drop it down and see if that helps.

I just went thru this with the LBS guy... It's why I went to a 130mm stem from a 90mm.

Front pain, to far back, rear pain too far forward.I'll try to find the quote.

Excellent! I knew it had something to do with either seat height or stem length. Damn too bad we're supposed to go riding today and I we can't get a new stem today.

You can tune via the seat. Slam the rails to the back of the post, then tune from there.
