Yesterday I was out doing this and that during the day, and at one point, this GOD AWFUL red 2nd-gen Integra pulled up next to me at a light. Horrible front body kit, clear lights all around, one of those huge double-decker swooping around plastic wings, and a shit-ton of horrible vinyl graphics. He rolled down his window, turned his thumping stereo down, leaned out the window, and said "Damn man, that's a fucking SICK car.", gave me that kind of wink/head bob gesture of approval, and drove off.

lmao, hahaha didn't expect the twist at the end of that story.

Its so easy to make power from a Honda its stupid. As long as you start out with a DOHC variety motor, its all good from there. Hondata is the way to go.

DOHC are nice but i made plenty of power from my supercharged single cam hatch.

i get the other end of it. i attend a lot of seminars and conventions with people in the dental field. i accompany my wife and these mother fuckers all want to talk about golf. i can get along with pretty much anyone but its clear im not a golfer so some of these waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffless will try and engage me in a conversation about cars as they know im a car guy. if someone asks me what im working on i try to turn it back on them as its like trying to explain how good waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles is to a homo. they just dont understand why id want to drive a 40 yo car when they have an S class parked outside. but truth be told id rather drive my 40 yo car then their S class

Lol, I work at the dealer and hear all sorts of stuff. One guy came in asking to see the new M7. It took some of the sales guys almost a half hour to convince him that there was no such thing. Ten minutes later a guy came in claiming he had an M8. I laughed, and he got all indignant. We went outside, and there was his pristine 850CSi. My jaw dropped (I didn't know there were any in indy, and I keep track of all this stuff). I guess this was his chance to laugh....

TECHNICALLY that's not an M8 as the M8 prototype was canceled and they sold that instead. Even if it has a down-tuned M8 engine. Keep laughing at him. There's only 1 M8 in existence. And it's red.
