                        Mostly road rashed actually. I think this was on Thursday where I was showing the guy the pics I shot of Sawbones during the thunderstorm the night before. It was only two weeks after I slid 20 yards down the pavement when I dumped my bicycle at 40 mph.

                                In 1993 I was doing 50 on dirt with no suspension wearing about the same amount of protection. I break 60 on a regular basis. This was a freak crash, first time I'd gone down in 17 years. I leaned into a corner and the front end just vanished from beneath me. I slid a good 20+ yards down the road removing only the upper layer of skin. It looked far worse than it really was.

                                            Finally passed my instrument check ride last week! So nice to have it done so I can now just relax a little bit and enjoy some cross country flights for commercial.
