Lets get one thing strait. This administration ALLOWED thousands of civilians going to work to be killed. Not a single REAL thing was done about that. This administration has killed thousands of young americans fighting for a lie. This administration has ruined the economy. Period, end of discussion
Wow dude, put down the pipe.

Where did Bush lie? I know teh liberals like to be drummed up with ideas rather than facts or understanding, but seriously. Give him the benefit of the doubt he was acting in the best interest out of fear there were WMDs and we weren't allowed to find out further.

"Allowed thousands of cilivians going to work to be killed"?? Another 9/11 conspiracy? Give me a break.

The administration ruined the economy? Moronic, uneducated, lazy Americans ruined the economy, if you want to say ruined. The economy is fine if you aren't moronic with money and useful.

Sorry the American machine run by the few doesn't help everyone as much as it has in the past. The welfare people can get the fuck off and go somewhere else if they want others hard work to pay for their care and food.

I love this - they try this all the time. they've sucessfuly impeached what, one president?

I guess the only real reason to do this is to stroke their own egos and smear his name. He's a shitty president for sure, but the slimeballs in congress and the senate share a huge amount of blame for the problems we are in - they approved the war, all these new laws that are fucking us in the ass, and most of all - spending OUR money however they please. Fuck them.

Well said. Please keep this in mind at the next election and when filling out your ballot be sure not to check off the candidate with the word "incumbent" next to their name. You want change, you got to vote all the bums out.....not just the guy in the Oval Office.

            a. two, impeachment doesnt mean getting kicked out of office. that is step two.

            b. fo sheezy, the USAPATRIOT Act was blown through Congress and simply NOT nixed by Bush. Billary even voted for the war.

Also, you want some tin-foil shit just know that some parts of Wag the Dog were based on actual, poorly publicized actions of the Clinton administration. They are all doucebags, its a requirement of the political process.

I prefer douchebags that don't send people to die in an illegitimate war that was based on false pretenses.

It doesn't matter if the moron lied or not - he still invaded a sovereign nation on unsubtantiated rumors.

Take your choice - he's either a liar or a collossal fuckup.

Either one is an impeachable offense IMO.

As far as the economy is concerned - who the hell authorized the waste of BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars on an unwinnable war? Who's spending billions on oil for an occupying army - and in the process inflated the cost of oil to record heights?

Who authorized the relaxation of lending laws that led to the current mortgage crisis?

Is it all still Clinton's fault for getting a blowjob?

              Jesus fucking christ.

guess what, we didn't invade anyone. it was the end of a temporary UN cease fire. we restarted the armed side after the asshole threw the UN out while searching for WMD's. it was most certainly not a sovereign nation, it was an occupied nation at war with the UN.

france and the USSR were on the take from the oil for food program and would not, under any circunstance, vote in the UN security council for a resumption of armed conflict. the good ol USA made the hard decision to do what the fucking europeans and corrupt UN would not do, and that was enforce the terms of Iraq's agreement to disarm, which they would not do.

you're so far off on economics i won't comment, other than by your simple logic, and your dem leadership's logic, the recent collapse of worldwide oil price is because of bush also, right?

haha. so its either believe all the facts that you all put up like its gospel or something....ooooor move to another country?
sounds like freedom of speech/thought to me. every post that comes across as a conspiracy theory or not exactly how the government controlled press/news turns into a "you are wrong, get out of this country" debate. kinda sad.

just because another way of thinking is introduced magically makes it wrong? interesting. what is so wrong with having a difference of opinion? scared that what you believe in might be wrong? might not be the logical explanation for things? scary!

i agree with dsp74 and lair for thinking out of the box. who knows who is right, we as "normal" (not in high government positions) americans/civillians will never know the whole or even a fraction of the truth. government cover ups and political lies run all through out american history. who is to say that all that you believe is a complete cover up/scam? is it so hard to believe?

im not a educated man. nor do i know all the big words that you young college graduates know. all that keeps me from posting my political, racial, religious beliefs on here because i dont want to have to deal with the repercussions or being told i have no ground to stand on, or i am 100% in the wrong. but i do know that its ok to voice ones opinions in a public forum. a different train of thought does not always have to result in a witty comeback telling one they need to move out of the country, or how much of a moron they are for believing something different. last time i checked that is what this country is about being able to voice a opinion without fear of being shot, lynched, hung etc.

we were there already along with about 50 other countries trying to enforce the UN mandated and agreed upon ceasefire/disarmament that hussein committed to, and then wouldn't do.

we didn't invade cause we were already carrying the heavy load for western civilization like we always do.

hussein fucked up by calling our bluff, and the world's bluff. the original gulf war never was over. what we're in now is the same war, and if you think it can't be won, you've had your head in the sand cause al qaeda is defeated, and the political process is moving forward.

That is what it's about... no one is going to kill anyone over this.

I'm extremely opinionated, and maybe some people who post here in threads like this think I'm over here throwing things at the wall and getting pissed off but it couldn't be farther from the truth. I enjoy conversation that makes you think. The problem that I have with some of this "outside the box" thinking is that it requires you to extrapolate a lot of things. Also, it seems that to think this way it generally means that you have to hate your country/government/etc. I just don't get on those band wagons; I've always been happier when I at least assume I'm right and feel OK about it than walking around all day assuming you're wrong and modes of operation are fatally flawed.

I was somewhat joking when I said what I said.... but I do honestly have to ask people who sound like they violently hate America why they stay? I mean I don't like Eugene (for reasons unrelated to politics/religion/etc.) and don't want to be here any longer - so I'm leaving. So if you think something is totally fucked, why not go do something else? It's not a GTFO STFU EAD IBTL !11 thing. Maybe people who say all of this stuff love this country dearly, but they could at least preface what they have to say by making at least appear that they have the best interest of the country at heart.

For instance, there is a "global warming" convention somewhere north of Eugene where they are going to help teach people how to do sit ins, protests, picketing, etc... http://www.registerguard.com/csp/cms...75&sid=4&fid=2 - these are the same people who are anti-bush/war/industry/money etc. I just don't understand what these people are gaining from this... I mean I'm not against conservation and stuff like that but whoa? granted, these people are pretty extreme.

What I think is really funny though is that people think that by being "liberal" or saying "impeach bush" they are being thinking outside the box... when in reality you are just conforming to another sub-set of the population. This sub set hates the president, capitalism, religion, corporations, etc. Come out to Eugene for a few weeks, preach that talk, and you'll have a million friends; most everyone here thinks that way (literally). Not too shocking that the economy here sucks and business are leaving hand over fist - it's a pretty directly related thing.
