I offered my information because you started slinging shit, when you said I got into a business which closed due to the fact that it was ran on fuel cost. Inciting that I was a fool doing so. My transportation business came up because I brought that up, knowing first hand on rising fuel costs. Not to boast about owning something. My land acquisition business was brought up to show that I have since moved on and kind of know a bit more about Capital Gains taxes and what not. Never did I mention my Bar School, until today when you called my portfolio fake. Again look it up. I dont want to sit here and argue with you. I did not appreciate when without knowing any of the details that make a huge difference (class, flight dates etc) that you repeatedly claimed I overpaid for my tickets to Mexico City.

I am flying first class(business) on Aero Mexico, Christmas week and the price is high PERIOD. I earned the money and am spending it in a fashion I deem appropriate. Who the fuck are you to say it is inappropriate?

If you have set times and dates to fly, you cant bitch if they are not like they were a year ago I hope you make more this year than last. If your flexible either days or or times of days you can save. I just flew to Anchorage Alaska this past month from Miami, first Class for just under $200 round trip. I guess I have not a clue on how to fly....

My Portfolio is not doing that bad. Businesses in the Alcohol Bar Business does well. People looking for a Second job or have Lost their job due to the markets come to us to help them get a competitive edge in the business. We work with them to find job placement and work with some vendors that do events in the Miami area where I can place up to 180 bartenders per event. Almost guaranteeing them their money back that they paid to our school. I dont make a dime from the job placement.

The Land aquisition deals have been going. Most of my property sits around a growing airport. If the airport wants to expand or businesses want to come in and support the airport they have to buy from us. Right now its a good time to be picking up land if you have liquid money. With this land deal with the airport closing at the end of this week or next I will be able to go in and purchase other land that has taken a financial hit due to the market.

Like I have stated before, I could go out and purchase a really nice car and be a pimp for a day. You know what Im talking about living in Scottsdale. The $30k millionaires! But with my health situation and looking after my family I choose to live inside my means. My E30 is my fun car, and that is what brings me here. Its one of the funnest cars I have ever driven. I put less than 8k miles on it a year. In fact it sits in Storage as we speak.

Im not here to blame anyone. I just dont want to be told what to do and where my money is going to help someone that will not get off his/her ass and make something of themselves. I put myself though both College and Flight School. I would be flying today if it was not for my health issues. That is my first love. I have always been thinking of ways to get ahead and surround myself with people that have the same goals as I. I am always learning.

As for this market crash due to credit and housing, its not Bush's fault. Sure he could have done something but he is one man. I would not ever want to be president of a country. Its hard being president of a small business. But look into the problem from ground up and you will see its more than just one man that caused this problem.

For me, Im in a right position to help my company thrive on situations such as this. Just getting loans seem to be a harder thing to do but being able to put up aginst the portfolio helps. Just that I got to put more up than before.
