Like I said GAYS only make up 4% of the population yet 46% of the people who have AIDS have done a guy in the butt. So the rest of us who just bang chicks can only get up to 54% of the cases. Of those 54% how many are intravenous drug users. I don't condone that lifestyle either. Considering intravenous drug use is illegal I think they should be locked up until they are clean, and people in prison don't get many rights. If they choose not to stop using drugs then they should remain locked up.

My argument isn't to stop GAYS from getting married to prevent AIDS, my argument is to not make exceptions/new laws and revisions to the Constitution to pander to a lifestyle.

your logic in preventing gay marriage because of the health risk involved with AIDS is also very flawed in the sense that there is no gay marriage now and AIDS is still on the rise, there could be a thought process that allowing gay marriage may down the road create more single partner relationships. There are also economic benfits as well.

I didn't say Congress should decide, I said it was immoral. About 15,000 new cases of AIDS from dudes banging dudes is reported every year since about 2001. That's like 7 times as many US citizens that have died or will die, than in all of the Iraq and Afghan wars. So to write legislation that supports and gives rights to a lifestyle that kills that many people is fucking stupid and "not protecting its constituents".
