I was thinking about the Islamic community center controversy and had this thought. My wife is Catholic and I have always been bothered by the name of the school she went to, Cardinal Newman (the Crusaders), now could you imagine if a Muslim school opened up called Mohammed (the Jihads)

FWIW, I'd be bothered by either school name. I also don't really care about the cultural center thing, there are far more important things to worry about. Like where to find beer, hookers, and blow.

Christians had nothing to do with the twin towers other than some of them, and others, being killed by the radicals. If they built a church in that location, there would be nothing on the news. Its the idea that the Islam community wants to make it look like a victory. Is that their plan? That's for you to decide.

White Christians have a white and christian vision of the world and believe the whole world should be white and christian, and therefore they behave as if they own the world, not allowing non-white/christian to even exist. Not realizing that close to the same number of muslims populate the world. Irony.

Therefore, they have no problem if a school is named after, per exemple, General Custer, who greatly helped exterminate Indians, or (in Canada) after Amherst who distributed disease-infected blankets to dessimate Indian populations... French and British have the same type of heroes. Don't worry.

That Mosque in NYC is just a reminder that there are other peoples on this earth, and Mrs White Christian doesn't seem to appreciate it. I am being sarcastic in my comments, but coming from a non-white nor christian, maybe I see the world a different way. ;-)
