See, if something costs $10, it costs $10. Regardless of how much of that cost is derived from manufacture, advertising, transportation, taxes, etc. It still costs the end user $10. It doesn't "seem" like $10, it IS $10.

Once again, you are 100% incorrect in your assessment of the situation (as usual). It is not "3-3.50 USD there, too" and it does not "seem so much more expensive"... it IS that expensive and it does NOT cost that much.

If you wish to argue that without taxes their prices might be lower, that's fine. But that's simply arguing a fantasy world that does not exist. Which doesn't help anyone or anything :loco:
He's just saying that the COST before taxes. It's probably in the 2-4 USD range before taxes. After taxes you have a final price for consumers.

Sleeve isn't the most eloquent poster, but not everything he says requires tedious over-analysis.

Maybe we should start a "$5 Gas in 2013?" thread. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

    Seriously.

The other day I paid 3.63 for Premium. This is in one of the most expensive states in the nation and with 2 refinery shutdowns in the past 6 months.

We have it so so good here.

He'll lash out at you personally and accuse you of never using data and numbers, even though you just did (probably even in the post he just quoted...) He'll turn anything you say on it's face and throw it right back at you, no matter how incorrect or stupid he sounds while doing it. He has not a shred of decency, intelligence or intellect. He'll contradict himself within the space of 2 posts, and when he's called on it will resort to an elementary form of 'I know you are, but what am I?' backpedaling that would look desperate on a 2nd grade playgorund. He is the prime example of a lonely, empty, pathetic man who's only entertainment left in life is to pick e-fights on the internet with complete strangers. Look up "Troll" in Meriam-Webster and there's a picture of joshh, framed with the caption "No, you are!"... And frankly seeing as how nearly every post he makes is in violation of the rules of the P&R subforum, he should just be banned. But I know how stupid he is, and how he'll come right back with a new username and cry fowl at how we're trying to censor him or whatever. Just like mathew-mayhem used to do, over and over and over. (At least he was smart enough to give up eventually)

The best thing to do with a screaming, tantrum-throwing child is to pay it no attention. Eventually it will tire of it's games and shut up.
So you make a post only doing exactly what you accuse me of, and violating the rules yourself. Brilliant young chap.

You forgot to cry in there about how I don't have an E30.

Lowest I've gotten for premium was $3.76...better than paying over $4 nonetheless...
