This has nothing to do with marijuana. Nobody buys their brick weed anyways, that's a non issue. We're talking prescriptions, heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine that's made it's way through South America. So leave this "just legalize it" bullshit outta here. I've been to Tijuana a million times when I lived in SD ($24 cartons of Marlboro's) the border is a fucking joke. I could have walked through with a kilo in my shorts every time if I wanted to-most of my friends did. I've only seen dogs there once, it's a joke.

The problem will only get worse, avoiding will destroy us in the end. legalize soft drugs such as pot that dont do real harm, this would weaken the drug lords some. Form a pack with the Mexican government, send troops it..this problem seems to be getting worse and is only coming to become a bigger issue as it consumes the boarder states
