    Yeah the US is still winning the greenhouse gas game per person, by far. This is why any international agreement on emissions won't carry nearly as much weight if the US isn't involved.

    From what I can see:

    1. China
    2. US
    3. India
    4. Russia

    But per CAPITA, we emit nearly 3x per person more than China, 7.5x more per person than India, and 1.5x Russia.

    all of you are wrong.

    most greenhouse gas emissions are coming from china and india. (because we have that department called EPA that was created when we noticed how we were fucking things up at home and said "we should stop doing that".)

    doesn't matter who's in the oval office, they're not in much of a position to enforce environmental policy in other countries. not to mention the current administration's lack of desire to do so.
