You missed his point with O-Care. It's not that he's trying to expand government. That's a by-product of what he believes is truly doing what "others" or "the people" (us lesser beings) can't. In reality, we should all be slightly offended regardless of our standing on it, for or against. His speech standing alone shows his genuine beliefs beyond what he claims in campaign lectures.

Health care is still run by private industry. The government is not running any of them. They set up some rules for them to follow, yes. And you will be required to "purchase" some to cover yourself. Common sense should already tell you to do this, but in case it doesn't now the law will.
