They still have to actually become law. And then someone has to be tasked with enforcing them. That's the real dog and pony show here. Politicians claim their constituents are clamoring for action, so they say "look: we wanted X law, but so-and-so blocked it (blame) or we passed it, but those other guys won't fund the enforcement (blame). At no time do they suggest following the laws we already have, because those were written in the past, but the politicians of the present aren't enforcing them.
Either way, this pornographic end-times, collapse-of-society paranoia, being-heavily-armed-is-the-only-solution is getting out of hand. It goes hand-in-hand with the religious nutbags and their "Left Behind" books.Last edited by mar1t1me; 02-15-2013, 11:07 AM.Comment

As a NY resident in the Albany area(not a "dumb redneck"as your kind would assume) I can tell you that you are either blatantly ignorant or just drinking the left poured koolaid,neither would be a big surprise in this country as of late.
The legislation that has been passed here is being discussed in other states and there is a much bigger game in motion.
I will however agree that the the current administration has been the best firearms sales personnel in history.
