You do realize that this space force isnt going to send people up in space to shoot lasers at Russians with lasers right? Apparently Russia and China have been working on doing some anti satellite tech that could be useable in a few years, and currently air force space command doesnt have much ability to counter anything that would take a satellite out. The last thing we need is to not be able to counter another country in space.

You do know that the Paris Agreement was NOT a treaty, right?

President Obama never sent the agreement to the US Senate for advise and consent which is constitutionally required. Obama knew the Senate would never pass the agreement so he "adopted" the terms of the agreement by executive order. Any subsequent President could undue Obama by issuing another executive order. Technically there was nothing to withdraw from as there was no treaty in the first place.

And ditto for the Iran "Treaty" which isn't a treaty at all for all the same reasons. Obama apparently thought himself a king and entered agreements, issued executive orders to get what he wanted.

No President has to agree to get bent over and rammed because a prior President agreed to it.
