yeah sorry about that kiddo, i think your parents should have presented you with a more challenging environment in your formative years.

No because you’ve personally insulted me.

    Many times now.

they're not anecdotes when lots of people telling the same story. that's when they become data.

have i ever had sex after drinking? yes, fucking of course. there was still consent involved.

getting a person drunk so you can have sex with them when they otherwise wouldn't should disqualify BK from sitting on the court he's in now, never mind the one he's applying to.

If you'd have said "sure seem to be a lot of dudes who drank a lot in college around here," I'd be able to follow you. I said, I have no problem with his drinking... which I don't. Still waiting for this circus to end before deciding whether or not he'd make an appropriate SCJ. I'm leaning towards moving on to another nominee at the moment.

apparently i need to explain the concept of debate to you.

    there's a thing called a "supporting argument".

the easiest way to phrase it would be: "that's a ridiculous assumption because..."

think you can handle that, boy?

By those standards, every college freshman and sophomore would be alcoholics...

His drinking is not an issue for me at all.

And yet we can't comment on her appearance AT ALL unless you want to be labeled sexist, probably racist and xenophobic, etc

I used to drink a lot at parties and still like beer.. Guess I'm an alcoholic too...
Yep, by these standards everyone in the State of Wisconsin falls into the same category...
