I do think some of the fault here lies on a woman drinking to the point of vulnerability as well. <--- And don't construe that as me condoning having sex with an inebriated girl/woman. As for BK... No proof, actual proof, could convict him... Or even file charges so I can't use that as a disqualifier. But I, personally, think his testimony and the investigation may disqualify him.
