    E30 325iX turbo with 1018hp / 1016Nm @ 2,3bar

    Dynoaction, burnout and 0-190km/h:



    Still missing ~100hp. To be continued..

    Engine:
    -original m20b25
    -m54b30 pistons (compheight modified slightly)
    -m50 non vanos conrods
    -m21 diesel 81mm crank
    -enem z45 turbo camshaft
    -ported head
    -"o-ringed" block with stock headgasket
    -holset hx52 mfs with #16 exhaust housing
    -custom exhaust manifold
    -600x300x76 intercooler
    -4,5/3,5" exhaust system
    -s38b36 flywheel with 240mm sintered disc & sachs race -765
    -megasquirt + msd 6al
    -630cc siemens deka
    -2x walbro 255LPH with 1,5L catch tank
    -PLX wideband lambda
    -594hp/794nm @ 2bar

    front axle:
    -height adjustable (135kg) springs with spax adjustable shocks.
    -camber adjustable topmounts with uniball
    -e87 1-series rear hubs in front
    -330i/d discs (325x25) (with 5mm spacer)
    -e32 735i calipers
    -POM control arm bushings

    rear axle:
    -e30 m3 gr.N rear springs (180kg) with spax adjustable shocks
    -camber/toe adjustable subframe
    -e36 compact rear hubs
    -e34 m5 discs (300x20) and calipers
    -POM bushings @ subframe + diff, powerflex @ trailing arms
    -clutch type 25% LSD diff 3.91:1

    Drivetrain:
    -stock 260 getrag
    -stock transfer case
    -7mm spacer in front of front driveshaft
    -reinforced front diff 3.91:1
    -stock halfshafts

              This and what else did you have to do to the drivetrain to get it to handle the power like that?

                  AFAIK the only thing he has is a reinforced front diff, those little spider gears are tiny like to die in drag racing. Everyone has wierd ideas about transfercases exploding but that's pretty rare, they're pretty stout. Maybe welded/lengthened front DS?

                    Exactly. I've so far blown 4 front diffs. Everytime those little spider gears explode into million pieces. Now I have reinforced unit. Otherwise drivetrain is pretty much original.

                            I just can't imagine how much fun it would be to destroy the Evo-n-STi crowd.
