Looking for 2010 SCCA Rules - PDF?

Like I said before, I'm looking for a PDF or a link to the 2010 SCCA rule book. I wanna look over all the details for what is and isn't allowed in DSP and STX. I raced my e30 today for the first time, and had a GREAT time. So naturally, I wanna push what I have for the time being to the limits of the rules. I do have a copy of the 08 rule book (in case the rules are nearly identical, with a few minor, notable, changes). If you can find an 09 rule book PDF that I can skim that's closer to the '10 rule book, I'd appreciate it... I wanna read and read and see what I can and can't do, what I can and can't remove, etc...

    Thanks guys

What you'll want is probably the GCR, available here - http://www.scca.com/contentpage.aspx?content=44

Yeah of course I look on the SCCA site and don't really see it, then I poke around and found a classification PDF, but it's not the same page u linked. It's a noob mistake. My bad. Thanks for the link.

Yeah, I appreciate it, but it was a link to the Club Racing rules. I need Solo rules. I'll keep searching.... If anyone can confirm or deny the rules are similar to 08, I'll just crack open the hardcopy I bought in 08

Thanks Justin, that's what I'm going through now. I hate to think it, but am I going to have to read all the stock catagory stuff, then the prepared catagory stuff? And I'm guessing the street prepared rules apply to a-e street prepared, or however many classes there are, your vehicle determines what street prepared catagory you're in, but the rules are the same for all?.

Yikes. Honestly, I dont know. I'm not into the Solo stuff myself as much as the rest but all sorts of stupid things will throw you around into different categories regardless of your car. It cant hurt to read the rules all the way through, other than the time involved. Start with what you think you can run in, then bounce around depending on what modifications you have done. It seems kind of like a haphazard way to classify cars, but there are so many different makes and models they have to break it down into some pretty obnoxious divisions. Makes it a little easier when you've got a race car that is built for a specific class.. :)

It would be really nice if there was a thread already saying, "You wanna run your e30 in DSP? This is what you can and can't do."

If that's accurate, then it answered one of my biggest questions..... Motor :) I know doing an s50 would probably bump me, but maybe an m50 w/ s50 cams or something like that would fly. I'll look into it further.

The SCCA rules for solo are very easy and straightforward. Spend a few hours reading it, and you likely won't have any more questions, and you won't have to worry about wrong second-hand info.

You won't be anywhere near DSP with a 24v motor, FYI.

Yeah, I got to talking to a friend of mine who told me he's like an SCCA ref and Nasa Ref or something, I mentioned swap and he said no. I'm still reading through though, it's amazing what will fly in "stock" class lol.

^Really? Stock basically allows shocks, R-Comps, front sway. Not really a whole lot you can do. Guys run outrageous expensive shocks with super stiff compression damping to make up for having to use stock springs.

24v swap puts you in Street Modified. Land of 500hp Vette's, custom geared EVO's and STi's, and cars that can break 75 in 2nd gear on fast courses.

Yeah, your best bet for affordable competition is generally DSP. This completely depends on region, of course, and assumes you have decent car quantity in each class. DSP is usually the home for lightly modded e30's and e36's (non-M's).
