Well, as they say, shit happens, and so it has....I unfortunately will not be able to make it to Pikes Peak next year...........after going to Pikes Peak this year, I was more determined than ever to go......F@@K.......about the only good thing is that I'll have more time to get things ready and do some things that I would not have had otherwise......I will still be updating this page....and hope to get her on track early next year. Anyway, it is what it is.

Hope everyone had a good holiday season. Took some time off from the build. My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with 18 days traveling through Colorado. Beautiful country.
Now, it's time to get back to work. Should be pulling the lump soon. Cleaning the engine bay. Deleting the ABS, which means adding new brake lines. Exhaust is routed as is WG dump tube, still need to weld them up..... Busy busy busy.

Few questions, maybe I missed it but what fuel cell are you running. Are you just running a Walbro 255 to the stock fuel lines/then to the motor?

I see that you're going with the afco radiator, is it dual pass? Are you going to have to run an expansion tank? or just something for overflow? Is you core support going to be removable?

How do you plan on attaching the grills ext as you removed the factory core support?

Looks good man keep up the great work.

Summit 10 gallon aluminum fuel tank.... Wal bro 255, will proll run braided from pump to fuel rail....Afco I believe is single pass( it's for a Chevy)....may run expansion tank, although radiator has overflow fitting......the radiator/Intercooler mount will be welded in place. By cutting where I did, I retained the mounting locations for the outer headlight,( which was modified) grill mounting will be a look and see.... Plan on running DTM fiberwerks front end, and eventually the carbon roof.
                      And Thanks

Wastegate dump tube Tig'd up. One thing I find very satisfying, is the fabrication aspect of a race car build. It would be easy to buy the parts or pay someone to build what was needed, but I prefer to do it myself.
