Oh, fuck, Lee- that is too sexy for words!!!

Can you do one with a stock steel pedal so I can cheat in Pro3?

I'll make up a dummy booster to cover up the masters.

      ...and still be 17th....

Clutch pedal is stock. Everything else had to be redesigned and machined. The original DTM pedal boxes had a pedal ratio of 4:1 but raising the fulcrum an inch (well, a bit more) higher to get 6:1 ratio created a lot of clearance problems and that's when I realized the stock pedal box couldn't be used. It took me 2 years to conclude I had to make a new pedal box. Actually, designing this kit started at the exact same time as I designed the booster delete kit which turned out to be highly succesfull (more than 250 units sold). That was 4 years ago. ;-)

I don't think there are any bushings on an E30 pedal? I'm pretty sure it's all steel (or cheezy plastic if you're not lucky).
Plastic pedals? IIRC some late model cars had bushings in the brake and/or clutch pedals.

Some E30s have plastic pedals - they suck.

My 91 has no bushings that I've ever seen..

I thought only E36's had the plastic pedals.

And I'm pretty sure both E30 and E36 brake and clutch pedals have bushings:

e30 clutch and brake pedals have two nylon bushings and a steel sleeve in the center. a for plastic pedals, I don't remember any e30 coming with them. It started wit the e36.

                Bushings seen here

No, I took apart a 9-90 E30, and it had a plastic clutch pedal.

Just like the E36. It's cheap- ass.

I've had 3 1991 318is and they all had steel clutch pedals. I guess they wanted to add yet another part that could rust in the Northeast. :p

my pedals are steel and came from a 318is, but I've seen one or two that had plastic.

My 1990 325i has a plastic clutch pedel. I've never had any problems with it, knock on wood. I should probably replace it with a steel one before it does though.

Many e36 and e46 trackers complain about those plastic pedals that crack...
