I'm trying to send a payment as gift on PP and it's still charging the % as if it's not.
:/ ?

Edit; I guess it's only with Debit/Credit cards linked to the account. Using an "eCheck" straight from my Bank account doesn't trigger the % fee I guess, but takes 3 days.
