Even 4 degree's is probably too much camber unless his suspension is that stiff and is receiving lateral loads on those points...

Having expensive wheels is not usually a part of building a fast car. If it was built to beat on then he probably replaces the wheels on a yearly basis. Looks like they flipped the bearing receptacle. Could cause major rubbing issues depending on the shape of the upper spring hat design. Looks like they did it to obtain even more suspension travel.
