        cant really find a place that just sells adjusters, And no one says what the ID is so its a pain. needs to be square cut threads, lock plate style, for 2.5ID springs and about 5in long or longer. (51mm ID is obvious)

                I think they do it if you ever need to remove them for whatever reason.
                Maybe replace a screwed sleeve thread, Idk.

                Bare metal would probably fuse together from rust or some weird alchemy shit over time.

                I used a round of electrical tape in mine. I wish I thought of the o-ring beforehand since that's much nicer, not that it matters.

                Comso coilovers sell their kit for $200. Keep adjusters and sell springs to a kid maybe?
