Question for you guys. I am trying to get my front strut bar on and it is about a 1/4'' off. I almost need to pull the strut wider. What do you guys do to make it fit?

Take pictures of EVERYTHING, in case you didn't, at least go back and take pics of the scene. Take pics of her, her car the scene any debris on the floor your vehicle all of it. More evidence never hurt you especially when you can control what is being given to them.

What a drag! It looks like she hit you from the rear. This should be a no brainer and her insurance should pay. Attorneys just take your money and buy Porsche's.
Start gathering evidence on what your car is worth and what you have paid for the extra's. Your battle will be what you will get for your totaled car. Then buy it back. So sad for your loss.
