What do guys think it's happening with my transmission?

When I turn the car on and put it in 1st gear, I have a hard time making it go in smoothly. Will play with it by going to 2nd and then 1st again and, even then it'll be a little hard to put in gear but, it goes in.
After driving the car for about 10-20 mins, goes back to normal no issues with 1st or 2nd gear for the most part. Although at times I have grinded 1st to get it to go into place.
I've had my car for 8.5 years now and, have never done a trans flush or had any issues with it, any pointers?

Haha, the use of the word 'refund' made me laugh out loud.

lost a couple trannys on the m10. First synchros, hard shifting-lost 2/4th gear. Still had to drive it to school which was horrible. Had a lot of fun learning trucker shift though.

oh and no more slow hd streaming on youtube.

I need to fix some floopan rust on my 77 Rabbit, it seems to be the deal breaker everytime I find a buyer. Anyone with a welder willing to help out? I have most of the tools needed except for the welding side of things.
