I wonder if I'd fail one of those smog things. My car passed smog before but I took off the muffler and resonator. So it's just the cat and that's it.

He could get a citation for noise violation however...On a side note the DUI and Smog checkpoints are technically optional. I have to dig it up but there is a statuette in the CVC that stipulates it's not required to divulge any information #knowyourrightsFUpopo
