I think they have a first time buyer program for next to nothing down...that started a few days after I was locked into mine. I think one young couple that offered on my house were approved with only a couple thousand down. If you have patience and want to get in some negotiating try looking for short sales...it took several months to close/underwrite but I got a great deal and was able to help a struggling family from under a potential bankruptcy too.1989 325is / 2.7, 274 cam, e30 M3 5-lug

Ok so since my CEL came on 2 days ago. I tried the stomp test and it hasn't worked. It has worked previously and I feel like i have the right timing down of stomping the gas pedal. but the past 2 days I've tried every rythm: fast, slow, steady, repeat and I cannot get the code(s) to blink on. Now some more info: the day my CEL came on the car started bucking right down the street from home. Pressing on the gas the car would cut right off mid range rpm and within seconds of bucking off would buck back on in a fluid motion of pressing the gas. The CEL flickered during this anomaly, then it finally stayed on when i pulled over and parked it. I visually checked the plug wires/coils (I have COP's) and nothing was lose. So to at least retrieve the codes what sensors would possibly go out that I'd need to replace for the Stomp test to work? What could be this possible bucking problem. Because I started the car up last night when I got off from work and it hasnt repeated the problem, even after disconnecting the battery over night from the 1st night the CEL is back on and the car feels fine.

KBB is not relevent to actual cash value. The m54 is a great motor and I LOVE my e46 as a daily, but if it's a 325 auto sedan with 200k+ I don't see it being worth more than $4k if clean. They seem to all drive the same regardless of mileage if they've been at all taken care of.Comment
