How much do shops charge to change the rear wheel bearings? I was quoted 120-140 for both.

        with parts or just labor?

A shop right around the corner where I live. It's just labor. The owner said 60 per side. Also told him the axles had to come out he said it wasn't a big deal so I'm dropping it off tomorrow. Seems like a good deal. Asked around most shops wanted 250 for both sides. My neighbor told me he would do it for 70 but he lags and flakes so I'll take it to the shop amd see what happens.

I have blue base switches. Also, the breaker switch is just two wires. Easy Peasy. I would try to find a console without the breaker switch though, when have you ever used it? ;-)

BTW, would be nice if the forum turned quoted images into a url instead to save from scrolling through the same pics... They do that on Macrumors Forums and it's so very nice.

Also I screwed up dude. I forgot my current car doesn't have the switches...my wrecked at my other house does... I'll try to look tomorrow then...

well I have to get my rear wheel bearing done at e30motorwerks because the axle is seized and it's going to take a million ton press to get it off :(

Man for $60 bucks I'd definitely do the passenger side, too if it saves me a few hours and getting all grubby so let us know how this turns out.

No prob.. Ill be using the white switches, ill check the blues just to be aware of it. About the photos in quotes thats a good idea.. i think there's a comment /recommendation thread you should tell James C. And about the breaker.. yeah I don't think I've really used it, if i see one ill end up swapping it.
