People are telling me they HAVE to talk to the at fault party, hear them
Confess guilt, and confirm they had no other insurance before they can
okay the claim. Is this standard procedure?

/rant.

On the good side of the coin, the immigration issue got filed on a timely
manner and things are looking up, i didnt have to pay an additional fee for it.
The governnent admitted to its mistake, thanks again Mike, Nigel & Edwin!
