Anyways... the replacement pan is on and I just got to bolt up the driveline in the morning.

Woot barrels done for my Style 42s...just need to decide between 215/40/17 or 225/35/17

Thinking 215s due to the wheel gap that the 225s will introduce as I am not going to drop the car as it's stanced/corner balanced for my 235/40/17s. Beside 215s will allow more slippin and sliding ;-) Besides the 225s would be too low around here...

Aren't style 42 wheels lower offset? I think you're going to HAVE to run 215's to fit them with the E36-based 5 lug conversion.

It should only move the wheel out 2-3 more mm from what I have currently, and my fenders are rolled, and with the slight pulling that usually happens with a roll. Right now I can fit most of my little finger between the rubber and top of the wheel well in the rear (where it will have the biggest clearance issue.) Fronts will be moved in 3mm with no spacer. (currently 18mm spacer on front.) ET 35 all around on my RS's

                              yup. quick poll here:

girl i'm staying with is skipping town early and i have to leave the key behind.

                              1) rent nice car and travel for two days, sleep in car
                              2) hotel for two days, same cost as car

As much as I like cars, it's not worth it for even one night. This is experience talking

BTW guys... I dreamt about blowing my m20 with a money shift.... Then I carried the car home in my arms like a baby and bought an m50 to replace it..? Is this bad..?
