Theres a few accidents, i cant imagine car thefts are really that high, and if you dont do anything illegal the cops dont do anything, your fine to bring your car, and I really doubt mobile smog, they cant even deal with the number of cars there anyway, how are they really gonna smog all 500 cars!?

Isn't mobile smog voluntary, as well as the results not mandatory to send in affecting your smog status? All as long as you are not a visual gross polluter? Trying to find more info.. However the license # will be recorded.
