Been there before... I use Purple Power, let it soak in, and then use a broom and brush with a heavy bristle to break loose the gunk. Then do it again and again and again...

So...car broke down. Driving along, red check engine turned on and suddenly car would not accelerate. Pressing down gas more made it stutter and hesitate. Pulled to the side, car. dling rough like its about to die.

I shut it off and turned it on after a bit and pressed the pedal repeatedly. car wouldnt rev at first even with the pedal to the floor but after a few times it started responding. Any ideas what's going on? Bad fuel pump?

were you on the side of I5 just past the grapevine?? I saw a red E30 on the side, but by the time I noticed I was too far to stop. Also didnt have tools of anything
