Can ya boi tune carbs? Because that's what I have. A carburetor. I had an o2 bung welded into the exhaust headers. Hoping to take advantage of AFR while tuning.

So my 325e's slushbox transmission finally bit the dust and gave out on me this morning along the 101. I called JMP Auto regarding a 5 speed swap and they quoted me a little over $1500 for the job. Is that a fair rate for the job including the parts+labor for the swap or can i do better elsewhere?

i have a complete rebuilt autobox for cheap if you need one. was saving it as a spare for my old e30. Its actually from JMP, lol

Anyone have any suggestions for a place in the Los Angeles area for paint. Thinking of getting a respray. Too hard to sift through all the reviews on yelp. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I've never dyno tuned carbs. I used to tune my 2 stroke bikes off of throttle response and smell but that was over 10 years ago.

Having AFRs on the dyno is just as important as the actualy # the car puts down. I'll be bummed if thats not one of the 3 #s I get

Are Motometer and VDO clusters interchangable? The SI board on my cluster is kaput and the mechanic has VDO clusters on the shelf

Put a oil change sticker in the windshield and call it a day,......much cheaper.
