Hey guys, hate to ask but my smog guy is no longer around. I have a 1994 montero that needs a smog, anyone know anyone...;D I am not cheap, willing to pay to get this done and be done with it! Does not need to be STAR station.

Hopefully someone in the Van Nuys area but I can travel.

I know of one that doesn't need the vehicle at all. PM me.

Alright so im having an issue with my headlights. They wont fuckin turn on. I changed the relay and still nothing, when i hit the high beams only my driver side turns on. Can anyone help? This shit is fuckin frustrating.

You changed the relay but what about the fuses? I had the same problem, changed out a 7.5v (or 15v can't remember exactly) and everything went back to normal.

Mmm nope i didnt change the fuses, i thought it would be something bigger than a fuse to i went straight for the relay. Ill try it out and get back to you on that one

Changed the fuses, but now the lights only turn on when i have the high beams on, even then my driver side low beam wont work. Its not the bulb because i changed that too

hmm idk, i hope its something simple, the PO really fucked this cars wiring system up. :(

switch the bulbs from left to right also to make sure one of the bulbs isn't burned out

Question; when car is idling I hear a sound like something is touching in the transmission, I press the clutch in and it goes away. Any idea what it could be?

If it's a squeaking noise, a simple thing to try is to put some lithium grease on the end of the slave/where it presses the fork. Worked for me on another car.

Who's got a spare inline/high pressure fuel pump F/S?
