Does anybody know what it means if my 325i idles fine without the crankcase breather hose but when its on it chokes and has to catch itself.

The hose is clogged. The crankcase may be building up pressure it can't release, possibly.

Clean the hose. Begin with using soap and water.

I'm using spot seats I think they're at a good place but my elbow hits especially going into 2nd
