I have used my e30 for almost about 11 of the 16 years i have owned my car for a daily. I just sold my other e30 just this march and i'm back again driving my Alpine E30 again as a daily. I really enjoyed driving my Alpine as a daily when i lived up in Big Bear for 5 years driving up and down the hill 6 days a week!.

I try really really hard to daily my e30, but shes got such a terrible attitude. Got really tempted to break up with her last night when I found out the freeze plug behind the cam gear is leaking. Again. After failing myself once then calling in the local maestro. After she fried 4 ecus as an eta. And generally ran perfectly 4 out of 5 times I got a mechanic to come over. Which would maybe all be fine but I can go on much longer with problems I've never seen my other 80s box have.

if i didn't have my E30 i swear i would have more money saved up. That said, nothing is as fun to drive for a broke college kid. My parents always tell me to sell my piece of junk, but what they never understand is that it's more than just a car. It's experiences, our free time, and a passion to own an E30, bundle all that together and it's hard to get rid of it that easily.

I only use my e30 for cross-country trips and for unnecessary neutral revving in traffic on the 10.

M20 in a 84 isn't something from another world, hell s5x aren't either but for that money, I could buy an e36 m3.

I'd like an m3 sedan , that money would get you a good daily one imo.

I know you spent a lot of money on the swap and stuff, but this is very overpriced.
I can't tell what condition the paint/body is in, but if it's pristine I think you're safe to list at 3k

Presentation has a lot to do with it. The ad looks like a long text message. Add some punctuation, check spelling, add spaces between words that don't have them. Most importantly, take some real photos. Those tiny potato photos aren't going to get you 5k, ever.

Which isn't saying much when you can find E36 M3's for as little as 2-3k. I guess that's why they call it E30 tax.
