Good luck! My '95 S50 swapped e30 is BAR'd and legal, it's also registered it in a rural area so it never needs to be smogged in my ownership. Can't afford to have a cop pop my hood who knows what he's looking at.

Yeah I guess but at the same time CA is way too strict on emissions and smog. There is way to many cars that I see pouring out smoke from a stop light that I just can't bring myself to care. And if I cared I wouldn't be driving a BMW Lol

^ Go to any other populated state outside of CA for a couple weeks and you'd appreciate CA's smog laws. I was in Texas and Michigan for about a month each and the air was disgusting.. Plus there'd always be a big fat smog cloud just chilling there over your head..

As much of a pita it makes us to smog, I'm for it.. Keeps our shit clean and pretty.. Call me crazy O_o
