about to dig into the engine this weekend, hoping its nothing more than a gasket. i know most heads tend to warp; does any one around the bay area know of a good machine shop to resurface the head?

I believe its 32mm
You need a thin wall socket though; normal sockets wont fit. You may have to special order the tool to do it if Autozone and alike stores doesn't have them. They're pretty rare
