Ran pretty darn good. The water pump is leaking a tiny bit... Drove around for 45 mins and no issues, lost a tiny amount of coolant but the expansion chamber still pretty full, and I did bleed it.



Beat on it for good measure, did some donuts and slides :D


When I got home the headers/down pipe were smoking a little, I figured it was just from not being in use for a while. Temps never went over half way :)

Never took to the cigs myself.

I smoke primarily Premium Cigars so I'm a non-inhaler and enjoy the ritual and the journey. Its quite relaxing and contemplative.

Smoking cigarettes is a puff , puff, puff game to inject as much addictive nicotine into the blood stream as possible. I would not smoke sub par tobacco that has tons of additives creating god knows what in terms of smoke content. Pure tobacco leaf from boutique crops is an entirely different animal!

A nice rested stick from an ISOM is where its at!



Medium Body Boutique Nicuraguan or Dominican Puro's are my everyday.

yeah, i only smoked "quality" stuff as a form of harm reduction as well- Djarums first, then American Spirits, both supposedly additive-free.

not that any of that matters- two days in i feel very different; just feel healthier and cleaner in general. didn't realize how much crap you exude from your pores as a smoker.

had to sprint to catch a bus yesterday AM; didn't lose my breath afterwards.

have had some pretty vicious cravings a couple times but it's pretty clear to me that i'm doing the right thing.

u need to smudge this crap all over the gasket 10sec before installing the pump

I've been told both, to use silicone and to not. I wish I did now! Lol.... Ill see what I can do without pulling the water pump.

But I used silicone on the e21 water pump. It worked good haha.
