I haven't dyno'd one but we've done a couple Eta bottom ends with 885 heads (port/polish with cam) and along with the i Motronic stuff and a 3.73 diff they are no slouch either.
165 at the wheels is not unimpressive for an m20; that's an honest 200+ at the flywheel. 99% of the non-turbo m20 cars on r3v, eta or i, are not making that much.past:
