I have a 1.9 Z3 rack in my e30 with out power steering and I love it. I think it would feel twitchy with the power steering hooked up but I could be wrong. I just prefer the feel of manual steering.

It does feel a little twitchy at freeway speeds, but you get used to it after awhile.

Damn, a pothole killed motor mounts and arms? Crazy, maybe I should check my motor mounts out, they are origional since I first did my s50 swap 7yrs ago...
