My sister is in a fucked up situation right now, she just called me in tears because some guy she sold a tablet to earlier today is claiming it doesn't work anymore..12 hours after he bought it. My sister then called me and asked what to do, I said "Buyers on craigslist buy at their own discretion and we have no way of proving that he did not break it within that allotted time."
My sister than called the dude and explained this, he was ticked off.
A couple minutes later, he sends her text messages threatening "to find her, because he wrote her plates before she drove off and has her full name somehow".
I told my sister to call the cops ASAP on this fucking nut.

Do not threaten my sister about the predicament YOU have gotten yourself into.
Buyers on craigslist purchase on their own discretion. So if there was 'a scratch' on the charger or 'a scratch' on the tablet, its all on YOU to figure that out when buying.
How do we know that you don't have a broken tablet and you're simply switching it out for this one?
Your case lacks any sort of substantial evidence and if you make any more threats of any kinds to my sister, I will be forced to call the police.
