I saw 2 e30s both with French fogs tonite right by the outlets, had to take a double look cuz It totally shocked me...couldn't tell much about the cars it was pretty late

I bought my car without knowing the PO didn't smog it... I was crapping my pants at the station, but it passed, so I had no complaints.. Got the car for a steal anyway, so I didn't care :-P

It is the seller's responsibility, but shadiness where he's trying to dump the car without it should be questioned. It's also a good bludgeon to get the price you want

Yes I do know that. I also know that some people say fuck it tell you to do it, then disappear when it doesn't pass and it's a big fucking hassle.
