I was going pretty slow, probably about 25 mph. I'm glad I had the metal bumpers to help save me. I walked away, but definitely got some whiplash and my neck/back are all still hurting pretty bad. BAT is definitely going to be helpful since the car is far from stock.

Anyone have any accident lawyer suggestions? I'm not sure I need one, but I'd like to have everything covered in case the other insurance company is being unreasonable.

Hey dude. Super bummed to hear about your vert - know you brought that thing across the country with you, and owned it forever. I know the feeling all too well (see sig), and had to deal with the same BS fall of 2016, after 6 years of ownership and 24 years of memories in the family.

We'll find you clean Bronzit locally to re-shell, and we'll act like it never happened. PM me / FB me if you need some post-accident tips. Also, I had a pretty good lawyer / law firm in Downtown Oakland represent me when I got rear-ended in my already salvage-titled Peugeot back in high school (2011?)

McGyver, sorry to hear about the accident. I'm hesitating to even post this, but here goes:
I may (emphasis on may) be willing to sell my 88 bronzit vert, because even though I love the car to death, it just sits in the garage most of the time.
I bought it intending to do a "wheeler dealers" project with my son, and despite being a longtime VW/Audi guy, I fell in love with the E30 and the mechanical simplicity of the M20.
