Okay so realistically, how drastically different are custom rate GC's plus Konis going to be than 450/650 GE coils and Bilstein sports? Price difference is ~$650.

And Eric, I'm redoing all of my suspension, and I'd rather have cheaper wheels and put more into the suspension.
About $300 in bushings, $200 in CA's and tie rods, $300 on an X-brace, and either $1000 or $350 for new coils and dampers outweighs nicer looking wheels IMO.

I hate money issues. Money makes me depressed.
I keep being irresponsible and spending on that damn Peugeot or BMW.
If not that, food, gas, and other day-to-day expenses.
I really am looking forward to putting that E30 in storage for the next two years.

its not really a money issue for me, i felt better when i was broke and i knew i had to purchase nothing more to make e30 run.
i just hate feeling like i need to purchase something right away for e30 to run, and its something that could be in between free and 400 or so bucks.
