Bone stock everything; Auto with a 4.10. Usually cruise at 75/80 (which is translated to around 70/75 MPH Wheel Speed). My Econometer is usually 1-2 needle lengths above 25 (around 28MPG) with cruise on; rarely dips below 20 on highway

even if you were getting 28mpg. that would be 15.5gal, you should never run a tank that low.

My normal fill ups are 10-15 miles after the light is on
15 gallons is the max I usually squeeze in

I figure leaving the extra 1-1.5 gallons leaves it so I'm not starving my pump

Yea trust me I know the ill effects of my stints, but I figured I really can't do much about it until I work my ass off to finish school and finally be able to work a normal 9-5pm job vs this rotational mostly graveyard shifts Ive been doing. Slacking at this point is not an option with school, Ive done my fair share of it in the past and its biting me in the ass now. I SHALL PROCEED AND ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS! Is it really that bad? I swear I get better mileage filling $20 at a time...lasts me about a week while a full tank does like two. In the summer is get like 350 a tank but now idk because I rarely go on the highway anymore and I get sub 20 mpg.
