Yes that is exact wording. I asked him how we can test what is leaking, and he told me to do a smoke test in the evap myself. I was totally confused because I was trying to get them to test it, but he told me to.

He said the gas cap is fine and the cannister seemed fine, so that means it has to be a fuel line leak somewhere right?

attached underneath the throttle body, there is a hose, mine was cracked and was leaking from there. fixed it with electrical tape right there and then.
