because i wanted a cleaner engine bay. got the plastic coverings for it.

How difficult was it? Also what was needed?

you need the wire. + 5" added to it. the block that holds it in the engine bay. about stuff to stretch the hole in the body so it will pass though into the trunk. and 1/2 a day of work.

I may try to find a cheaper shell that need paint and get it sprayed in my choice :)

Any idea on how much that would cost?....

yes i removed it a year ago. it also makes it better for running amps in the trunk to have the battery back there.
