nope, just super tight! even with air hammer, it only moved enough so i can take the joint out. then i had to put the damn joint on a bench vice to hammer the rest out. but it went into the new one no problem. something about that old joint i guess...

changed out most of the shifter stuff now my gear lever is tight and short!

stroker done, elipsoy + hid done, short shifter kit done! coilovers and exhaust next!

two 8 hrs day and three 4 hours nights, ~30 hours across ~2 full weeks. It actually worked out pretty good. At the end of each session we review what we have done and plan out the next step. Often find little things here and there missing and need to get. That was just to remove and install everything minus the exhaust piece. I was doing the exhaust and shifter stuff last night. Didn't really finish the exhaust stuff. Need to rewire the o2 sensor and put the stock piece back on (cat piece only).

i need to take the car off the lift and drive it for a bit to make sure every thing is okay and no leak. putting in the order for coilovers tonight and hopefully they'll go on next week. And next week i'll be picking up exhaust components so i can build that the week after.

Fuuuck. im just finishing up with my "mess under the intake" and i missing air hoses (icv to intake elbow) so now i have to rig something up and im not sure how shes going to run. plus i still need to bleed the thermostat

Anyone have any nice aftermarket seats that they would consider some decent vinyl sports for? Don't really care about brand as long as they don't cheapen the look of the car and don't feel like they'll kill me. I could add other parts or a bit of cash on top.
