Steering rack swap is easy, just sort of tedious. If you get pissed off just walk away and when you come back everything will work out.

Is your exhaust already off? Can you drop a driveshaft quickly? If the answer is no you'll spend at least 3 hours doing the stupid shifter bushings (unless you're one of those determined people who can do it by feel with all that shit in there). There's a reason people avoid that job.
